كتاب البدع والنهي عنها للإمام محمد بن وضاح القرطبي (ت. ٢٨٦هـ) هو من المصنفات الأساسية في باب العقيدة الإسلامية وعلوم الحديث، أفرده المؤلف بجمع الروايات المتعلقة بالتحذير من المحدثات التي أُدخلت في الدين بعد النبي (ﷺ). ومن خلال جمعٍ منهجي للآثار المروية عن النبي (ﷺ) وأصحابه ومن تبعهم، يبرز المؤلف خطورة البدع الدينية، وما فيها من ضرر على العقيدة، ويؤكد على وجوب الحذر منها.
ويتألف الكتاب من أكثر من مائة أثر مرتبة بحسب المواضيع، مثل: النهي عن مخالطة أهل البدع، بيان فضل السنة، التحذير من كثرة الجدل في الدين، والذم في اتباع الهوى، وغيرها. ولا يحتوي الكتاب على شروح أو تعليقات، بل يقدّم كل رواية بسندها وبأعلى درجات الدقة في النقل. ويتميّز الكتاب بالاختصار، وقوة التذكير، وغزارة المصادر التي تعود إلى السلف الصالح. ويُعد هذا الكتاب موجّهًا بالأساس إلى طلاب العلم والدعاة وكل من يرغب في الرجوع إلى الأصول الصحيحة في ممارسة الدين، اتباعًا لمنهج السلف الأوائل.
