Shipping & Delivery Times
All our orders are shipped from our warehouse in Troyes, France. Each book is carefully packaged and protected to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Preparation time
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 working hours after payment confirmation. As soon as the parcel is handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Shipping methods and average transit times
We ship worldwide through our logistics partner Boxtal, which groups several reliable international carriers:
- Mondial Relay (Pickup Points): 3–5 working days within France, 4–7 days to Belgium and Luxembourg.
- Shop2Shop / Chrono Relais: 2–4 working days to Pickup Points, an economical tracked solution.
- Relais Colis: 3–6 working days depending on destination (France & neighbouring countries).
- Colissimo Home Delivery: 2–4 working days within France, 3–6 days across Europe.
- UPS Standard / Access Point: 2–6 working days in Europe, 5–10 days internationally.
- Chronopost Classic / Europe: 1–3 working days in France, 3–5 days within Europe.
- FedEx Economy / International: 4–10 working days depending on country and customs clearance.
- Happy Post: economical solution for small parcels, 4–8 working days depending on destination.
Transit times are given in working days and may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, or peak periods.

Mondial Relay – Pickup Points
- Delivery to a local Pickup Point.
- Average delivery: 3–5 business days (France) / 4–7 days (Belgium/Luxembourg).
- Parcels are held for 8 calendar days after arrival.
- Unclaimed parcels are returned to the sender.
- Insurance coverage: fixed indemnity of €25 per parcel.
Shop2Shop / Chrono 2Shop (Pickup)
- Delivery to Chrono Pickup Points.
- Average delivery: 2–4 business days.
- Pickup window: 7 calendar days.
- Unclaimed or refused parcels: return fee of €2 (excl. tax).
- Insurance: €23/kg, up to €460 per parcel.
Chrono Relais 13
- Drop-off at a post office or Pickup point.
- Average delivery: next-day or 2-day delivery within France.
- Held for 8 calendar days after arrival.
- Delivery requires signature or company stamp.
- Insurance: €23/kg, up to €690 per parcel.
Relais Colis
- Delivery to a Relais Colis® partner point.
- Average delivery: 3–6 working days.
- Parcels are held for 7 working days (Tuesday–Saturday).
- Insurance: €23/kg.
UPS Standard / Access Point
- Delivery to an Access Point (pickup store) or directly to your home.
- Average delivery: 2–6 working days in Europe, 5–10 days worldwide.
- Held for 10 calendar days at the pickup point.
- Liability and insurance follow the international conventions (CMR / Warsaw / Montreal).
Colissimo Home Delivery (without signature)
- Drop-off at post office or pickup location.
- Average delivery: 2–4 working days in France.
- If possible, delivered directly to mailbox without signature.
FedEx Economy / International
- Worldwide express or economy delivery service.
- Average delivery: 4–10 working days, depending on the country.
- Customs processing may add 1–3 additional days depending on the destination.

We deliver to France, the European Union, the United Kingdom, North America, the Middle East, and many other international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the carrier, parcel weight/size, and destination. The final price is automatically calculated at checkout.
Tracking your parcel
Each parcel is shipped with a tracking number. You can follow your order status directly from your customer account or through the link sent by email once dispatched.
Delays, loss, or damage
In case of a delay, loss, or damaged parcel, please contact us. Our customer service will open a claim with the carrier and assist you in finding the most suitable solution (replacement, refund, or reshipment).
Important notes
- All delivery times are estimated in business days and may vary during holidays or busy periods.
- Unclaimed parcels may be returned to sender. Return fees may apply depending on the carrier.
- Some carriers do not deliver to P.O. boxes or remote areas.
